The groundwater gradient 11was 'determined to be to the <br /> northeast in December 1990, to the northeast in June 1992, to the east in April <br /> j 1993, and to the northeast in July 1993. This site does not have a downgradient <br /> monitoring well. Submit a work plan for the installation of a downgradient <br /> monitoring well by January 15, 1994. 1.• <br /> PHS/EHD previously requested a survey of wells within 2000 feet of this site and <br /> to date this survey has not been submitted. Please include this survey in your <br /> work plan. <br /> l <br /> PHS/EHD does not have a copy of the report of the three soil borings that were <br /> drilled in 1989.
