AIRPORT WAY <br /> STOCKTON, CALIFORNIA <br /> Dear Mr. Hunter: <br /> 'i <br /> In response to your request, Groundwater Technology, Inc. has prepared this work plan for <br /> additional soil and groundwater assessment at the former Chevron station located at 2400 S. Airport <br /> Way in Stockton, California (Figure 1). The scope of work is designed,to fulfill the requirements of <br /> the San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health Division (SJCPHS-EHD) as <br /> presented in their November 29, 1993 letter, and includes the following- <br /> ■ Repair one damaged groundwater monitoring wellhead (MW-4). <br /> .r <br /> ■ Conduct a search of Department of Water Resources records to locate all wells <br /> drilled within 2000 feet of the.site. i <br /> ■ Drill and sample one down-gradient soil boring in preparation for groundwater <br /> monitoring well installation. <br /> ■ Install one groundwater monitoring well in the boring. <br /> a <br /> ■ Conduct groundwater monitoring and sampling In accordance with the quarterly <br /> monitoring and sampling program at the site. <br /> ■ Analyze soil and groundwater samples for benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene and <br /> xylenes (BTEX), and total petroleum hydrocarbons-as-gasoline (TPH-G) by <br /> Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) method-;5030/8020/modified 8015. <br /> I, <br /> ■ Prepare summary report documenting the results of additional assessment. <br /> Offices throughout the U.S..Canada and Overseas <br />
