Box 2009 0 (1601 East Hazelton Avenue) • Stockton, California 9520I <br />(209) 468.3400 I} <br />PUBLIC NOTICE <br />NOTICE OF FINDINGS REGARDING <br />SITE mrnGATION PIAN <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a corrective# acti=ted <br />for <br />remediation of an underground leaking storage yank at <br />3437 S. Airport Way in the City of Stockton, has been reviewed by <br />San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health Division <br />(PHS/EHD). The plan is a proposal for the re -excavation of approximately <br />150 cubic yards of soil which was contaminated due to unauthorized releases <br />associated with an underground storage tank (UST) which was located on <br />the property. <br />PHS/EHD, Local UST Oversight Program, has made a determination that <br />the plan is in compliance with local, State and Federal laws and regulations <br />and that the resultant work will not create significant :,adverse environmental <br />impacts which exceed the benefits to be gained from cleanup of the <br />contamination. �} <br />The corrective action plan is available for public iireview at the PHS/EHD, <br />445 N.
