Per our telephone conversation
of Friday January 16,Applied Aerospace lans to start earthmoving for construction of a new building at
this location approximately on FebruaryW2004. In addition, there is another well planned in the offsite
area, but an access agreement has not yet been completed for that well. I am working with the site
manager and the drillers, Spectrum Exploration to confirm schedules. I will get in touch with you during
this week to confirm.
As the attached plot shows,no contaminants were detected at this well in the last 31/2 years of sampling.
Consequently, the Regional Water Quality Control Board allowed this well to be removed from the
monitoring plan in August 2002.
SIGNED:
Fred Kintzer,Proje Manager
tr_San Joaquin County—abandon MW8 1/19/2004
