You submitted the Revised Work Plan in response to our <br />21 April 2006 letter and comments. <br />The Revised Work Plan is acceptable to Regional Water Board staff. In consideration that the <br />work is dependent upon obtaining access agreements and encroachment permits, the results <br />of the investigation should be submitted in a site assessment report by 25 August 2006. <br />Please notify this office 72 hours prior to the initiation of the field investigation. in the event that <br />staff decides to be on site to observe the work or obtain split samples.
