MONITORING AND REPORTING ORDER NO.R5-2010-0818 - 3 - <br /> BP AMERICA AND APPLIED AEROSPACE STRUCTURES CORPORATION <br /> STOCKTON, SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> 1. Conduct monitoring and reporting in compliance with the following specifications. <br /> 2. As shown in Figure 1 , there are 15 monitoring wells, 7 (seven) groundwater <br /> extraction wells, and 3 (three) observation wells associated with the site. The <br /> Monitoring Program for these 25 wells and any wells installed subsequent to the <br /> issuance of this Order shall comply with the schedule and analytes in Table 1 and <br /> Table 2 below. <br /> TABLE 1: SAMPLING SCHEDULE <br /> Semi-annually Annually Not Sampled <br /> Wells MW-6, MW-15, MW-4, MW-5R, MW-7, MW-2, MW-3, GW-1 , <br /> MW-16, MW-17, MW-9, MW_10, MW_11, GW-2R, GW-3, GW-4, <br /> MW-12, MW-13, MW-14.
