The plan will be submitted. to PISS/EMD for approval prier to beginning <br /> field activities. It is assumed that'P / I will require two weeks to review and authorize the <br /> work plan. <br /> Prior to mobilizing for field activities, IT will amend our existing site-specific health and safety <br /> plan. The health and safety plan will include safety procedures for work to be performed, <br /> chemical hazard informations site safety officers, and preferred medical emergency locations. <br /> C Obtain Necessary Permits <br /> Tc rug the proposed scope of work, a soil boring and monitoring well permit will be <br /> obtai 4ed from PHS/EHD.
