Medina <br /> On behalf ofthe Stockton Metropolitan airport, Chevron Products Company, and A.G, <br /> Spanos Companies, l .ansa e Environmental, Inc, is pleased to submit to the San Joaquin <br /> County Environmental health Department(SJCEI.ID) this status report documenting the <br /> completion of sail vapor sampling and analysis at the subject site. .A: site map is attached. <br /> On April 1, 2011, Rarnage Environmental submitted to SJCEHD, lfor C Plan, Low-RiskCase <br /> Closure Evaluation. On May 24, 2011, SJCEHD approved the work plan. This status report <br /> documents the completion of Task 2 of the approved scope of work. The sensitive receptor <br /> survey and hu an health risk assessment will be documented in a future status report. <br /> Project Planning and Permitting <br /> Prior to initiating fieldwork, Ramage Environmental prepared a site-specific health and <br /> safety plan addendum according to 29 CFR191 O.120. The addendum included safety <br /> procedures; chemical hazard information, site safety officers, and a medical emergency <br /> location. <br /> In July 12, 20111. SJCEFID issued a well and boring permit(SIS.#62977) to complete the soil <br /> vapor sampling. Since the soil vapor sample locations were all located on the subJect site, <br /> neither off-site access agreements nor encroachment permits were required. A copy of the <br /> approved permit is attached. <br /> On October 14, 2011, damage Environmental marked the drilling locations in white spray <br /> paint. On November 29, 20111 Damage Environmental contacted Underground e ice <br /> Alert, so that member companies could mark their underground utilities (USA Ticket <br /> 39' 3). <br />
