Airport Way, Stockton <br /> Global ID#T0607700159, EHD Site Code: 1845 <br /> Dear Ms. Duncan: <br /> On behalf of the Stockton Metropolitan Airport, Chevron Products Company, and A.G. Spanos <br /> Companies, Ramage Environmental, Inc. is pleased to submit to the San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Department(L-HD)this Quarterly Status Report, First Quarter 2010 for the <br /> above-referenced case. <br /> Pr2ject Status <br /> On March 27,2009,upon regulatory directive from EFID, Damage Environmental published Work <br /> Plan, Remedial Feasibility Testing and Groundwater Monitoring Report, First Quarter 2009, <br /> which recommended the testing of soil vapor extraction and air sparge remedial alternatives. <br /> On April 6,2009,EI- D approved the work plan with the provision that two of the proposed <br /> remedial test wells be re-located. On April 21, 2009,Ramage Environmental submitted to ERD, <br /> Revised Remedial Feasibility Test Well Locations. Currently, implementation of the approved <br /> scope is on hold, pending the availability of funding. <br /> On July 1, 2009, according to State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB) Resolution 2009- <br /> 0042, EH D directed that the routine groundwater monitoring and sampling frequency at the site be <br /> reduced from quarterly to semi-annually. <br /> Work Completed During the-Quarter <br /> On January 15,2010, Ramage Environmental submitted to San Joaquin County EHD, Groundwater <br /> Monitoring,Report, Second Haff 2009. <br /> According to the semi-annual groundwater monitoring schedule, groundwater was not monitored or <br /> sampled during the first quarter of 201 O <br /> No other environmental corrective actions were completed during the quarter. <br />
