Air-port Way, Stockton <br /> Global ID#T0607700159, ERD Site Code: 1845 <br /> Dear Ms. Duncan: <br /> On behalf of the Stock-ton Metropolitan Airport, Chevron Products Company, and A.G, Spanos <br /> Companies, Ramage Environmental, Inc. is pleased to submit to the San Joaquin County EHD this <br /> QuarterlyStatus Report, Third Quarter 2009 for the above-referenced case. <br /> Pro'1ect Status <br /> _ <br /> On March 27, 2009, upon regulatory directive from El-ID, Ernage Environmental published ffork <br /> Plan, Remedial Feasibility Testing and Groundwater Monitoring Report, First Quarter 2009. <br /> which recommended the testing of soil vapor extraction and air sparge remedial alternatives. <br /> On April 6, 2009,EHD approved the work plan with the provision that two of the proposed <br /> remedial test wells be re-located. On April 21,2009, Ramage Environmental submitted to E1-113, <br /> RevisedRemetfial Feasibill tt, Test ff"ell Locations. Currently, implementation oft e approved <br /> scope is on hold, pending the availability of funding. <br /> ori o ltd r1n —the—Q.2arter <br /> On July 1, 2009,according to State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB) Resolution 2009- <br /> 0042, E1113 directed that the routine groundwater monitoring and sampling frequency at the site be <br /> reduced from quarterly to semi-annually. As such, groundwater was not monitored or sampled <br /> during the third quarter of 2009. <br /> No other environmental corrective actions were completed during the quarter. <br /> Hork-_Planned for the Nextuarter <br /> _Q <br /> During the fourth quarter of 2009, Ramage Environmental intends to monitor all eight site <br /> monitoring wells and sample all wells except MW-7 and MW-8, which will be sampled annually <br /> during the first half of the year.
