If SJC/EHD has not received the permit <br /> application and been notified within 14 days of the date of this letter that <br /> implementation tion of the work plan hos been scheduled, a meeting for all the <br /> responsible parties will be heldto develop a time table for completion of the Mark, <br /> submittal of a report of the work to E l , and future corrective action.
