The vertical and lateral extent of the groundwater <br /> contaminationhas not been defined. A work plan to continue the investigation was <br /> approved by EHD in March 2004. The work apparently has not been implemented <br /> because the other responsible parties (Spends & Chevron) have not agreed to hely pay. <br /> for the work. EHD will provide a separate directive letter for all the responsible parties <br /> for this site giving dues for completion of work and submittal of d report of the work.
