This decrease in groundwater elevations reflects the lack of rainfall since the last sampling event The groundwater elevations were used to produce a contour map showing the groundwater surface at the facility relative to mean sea level (Figure 3). The average horizontal gradient at the site is 2 6 x 10-3 feet/foot with groundwater flow toward the north The groundwater flow direction and gradient have changed only slightly since the last sampling event ' 3.2 Analytical Results All groundwater samples were analyzed for BTEX by EPA Method 8020 and for TPH-D by ' EPA Method 8015M.
