Airport Way , Stockton' , CA . The MFR must be accompanied by a check for $625.00 for five hours of staff time ($125/hour x 5 hour = $625.00) ; if more time is required it will be billed to the billing patty identified on the MFR at the rate of $125.00 per hour. As I mentioned to you during our phone conversation, Adrienne Ellsaesser, my Program Coordinator, normally signs the VCA for our agency, but she'll be on vacation next week, as will I. I'm not totally sure that I havesigning authority during her absence, but if you return the form to me today, I'll sign it pending our Director's approval on Tuesday and Vicki McCartney can start handling the work; if not, Adrienne will back in the office on June 2. You stated that the work plan has already been prepared; please email a copy to Vicki McCartney and myself for review.
