Since it is not solely for geotechnical purposes the permit will go through this departmental unit. We have this facility on file as a voluntary cleanup project. Harlin Knoll has been the inspector in the past, but I think that I will be taking over this project. A letter explaining that the borings for soil waste profiling purposes can stand for the work plan. A more clear description of what you are looking for,expect to find, and the facility's past history,would be appreciated.
