The UST that was removed from the poperty appeared to be in <br /> excellent condition; therewas no visible evidence of sail <br /> discoloration when the tank was removed. <br /> 2. The soil sample from the south end of the tank, (TS, ) tested <br /> clean. <br /> 3. The sample from the north end of the, tank had relatively low <br /> levels of EDB, Xylene, and TVPH. <br /> 4. A chemical analysis of a► water sample obtained from the private <br /> well on the property located approximately 75' feet from the tank <br /> site showed that tests for BTX&E, EDB, TPH=G, and Organic lead were <br /> all below reporting limits. . <br /> i <br /> 5.
