Machado,Advanced GeoEnvironmental, Inc. (AGE) has prepared this <br /> report for the property located at 20333 South Airport Way,Manteca,California. The scope of work <br /> included soil and groundwater sample collection,sample analysis,repair of septic system,permitting <br /> of septic system and preparation of this report. Background information was included in the AGE- <br /> prepared Limited Site Assessment Work Plan (Septic Tank Area),dated 13 May 2003 and approved <br /> by San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (SJCEHD) on 13 June 2003. <br /> FIELD PROCEDURES <br /> The investigation, was conducted in accordance with Limited Site Assessment Work Plan (Septic <br /> Tank Area)to collect and analyze soil samples from beneath the septic tank, distribution box, each <br /> 20 feet of leach line and the end of each leach line of the on-site, residential septic system. On <br /> 10 June 2003 a Well Boring Permit Application was submitted to SJCEHD, which was approved <br /> on 10 June 2003. On 16 June 2003, an AGE representative was on site to locate the sampling points <br /> requested by SJCEHD.Utilizing a small excavator,the distribution box was located and uncovered. <br /> The leach lines were traced to their termination points. A section of each leach line was uncovered <br /> approximately 20 feet from the distribution box(d-box);the termination point of each line was also <br /> uncovered to facilitate sampling in each of those areas.
