The training program has to go over chemical safety, handling , awareness and <br /> not just evacuation training. Please upload the appropriate documents or Chang the comments to say provided <br /> elsewhere in the California Environmental Reporting System. <br /> Training programs for all employees and annual training, including refresher courses, shall include safety <br /> procedures for the event of a release or threatened release of a hazardous material, including, but not limited to, <br /> familiarity with the facility's emergency response plans and procedures. These training programs may take into <br /> consideration of each employee. Immediately prepare or update the facility's training program, log into the <br /> California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the correct or updated <br /> information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 9 HSC 25508(a)(1) Failed to annually review and certify that the business plan is complete, accurate, and up to date. <br /> The business plan information has not been reviewed and resubmitted in the California Environmental Reporting <br /> System (CERS)annually.The business plan was submitted after 1/15/2018 on 1/25/2018 making it late. <br /> The hazardous materials inventory shall be submitted by January 15 of each calendar year and may be submitted <br /> beginning November 1 of the previous year. Immediately log into the CERS at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the <br /> correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, by 11/24/2018 . <br /> Starting September 1, 2018, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate ($152).
