Alice, Thornton 95686, SR0079697 <br />PROGRAM COORDINATORS <br />Robert McClellon, REHS <br />Jeff Carruesco, REHS, RDI <br />Willy Ng, REHS <br />Muniappa Naidu, REHS <br />Michael Kith, REHS <br />The Environmental Health Department (EHD) has measured to available disposal field on the <br />lawn to be 43 feet in length and 25 feet in width, or 1,075 square feet. <br />EHD has determined that the available space is insufficient for the disposal field of a septic <br />system if the house is to upgrade to a 3 -bedroom structure: which requires minimum 300 feet of <br />leach line or 900 square feet for filter bed (in sandy soil, or 1,200 square feet for clay soil), plus <br />the 100% replacement area. <br />If the structure is to remain 2 -bedroom with no upgrade, EHD agrees there is sufficient room for <br />the disposal field of a septic system, which requires minimum 200 feet of leach line, or 600 <br />square feet for filter bed in sand (or 800 square feet in clay). 100% replacement is not required <br />since there is no upgrade. <br />If you have any questions please call Jeffrey Wong, Lead Senior Registered Environmental <br />Health Specialist, at (209) 468-0335. <br />chael �Kith,REHS <br />Program Coordinator <br />Cc: 8455 W.
