I <br />7) Water generated by triple rinsing the tanks (rinseate) will be stored on site until removed <br />under manifest by Clearwater Environmental. <br />8) Containment Solutions and the Contractor must verify that the excavation is properly <br />bedded according to the installation instructions prior to installation of the new UST's. <br />9) Prior to issuing tags for the newly installed UST's to receive fuel, the UST's will be <br />measured for deflection by the manufacturer. The deflection measurements are used to <br />determine if the UST's have been properly installed in the back fill. The deflection <br />measurements must be sent to PHS/EHD directly by the manufacturer. <br />10) The newly installed UST's will be installed according to the original set of plans <br />submitted by the licensed contractor and approved by this department on February 22, <br />1999. <br />11) All changes to the approved version of the conditioned work plan must be submitted in <br />writing to PHS/EHD and approved by PHS/EHD prior to implementation. <br />PHS/EHD requires 48 hour advance notice of allinspections.
