Part 112 "Oil Pollution Pre ntion. " The engineers use the "Daily E-ulk Diesel AST Inspection <br /> Checklist"when conducting the daily inspection. See copy of inspection document. <br /> Violation#59 <br /> Provide adequate warnings to vehicles entering facility to protect aboveground piping and other <br /> oil transfer operations, or allowed equivalences. <br /> The site SPCC Plan Note #8 states "No vehicles will have access to potentially damage <br /> aboveground piping and other oil transfer operations. All structures are located within a locked <br /> building or bounded within a locked masonry wall area on a concrete pad". All day tank <br /> structures are located within a locked building and the AST's are bounded within locked <br /> masonry wall areas on concrete pads. See example warning signage. <br /> Also, the Operator's Certification for Return to Compliance has been completed and included as <br /> an attachment. <br /> Please do not hesitate to contact me if you would like to discuss this information further or <br /> require additional information. <br /> Thank you for the opportunity to address this concern.
