RFR was not submitted within 60 days of <br /> notification. <br /> -SWRCB responded with letter for Denial of Request for Reconsideration of ELD testing dated <br /> 09/01/2011. <br /> -A RUST Grant Application was received by SWCRB dated 09/13/2011 but the funds for Fiscal Year <br /> 2011-12 has been exhausted.
