BosP-StDiK <br />Product Description <br />Bostik®1100 Fast Set is a one part urethane sealant <br />that cures by reaction with atmospheric moisture to <br />form a tough, flexible seal. It has tenacious adhesion <br />to woods, metals, FRP and most plastics. Bostik <br />1100 Fast Set can be used in bonding, beading and <br />sealing applications. <br />Typical Applications <br />Sealing and bonding applications in general <br />industry, HVAC, truck trailer, horse trailer, RV, <br />emergency vehicle, bus, railcar, and container <br />construction. Bostik1100FS should not be used for <br />glazing, for plastic materials with high plasticizer <br />content or corrosion/crack sensitive plastics. <br />Applicable Standards <br />Bostik 1100FS meets requirements of: <br />■ Federal Specification TT -S -00230C (COM-NBS) <br />for one -component sealants as Class A, Non -Sag <br />■ ASTM C920-79 Standard Specifications for <br />Elastomeric Joint Sealants as type S, Grade NS, <br />Class 25, Use NT, A and M <br />■ Canadian Standard CAN/CCSB-19.13 <br />Clean Up <br />Uncured Bostik 1100 Fast Set may be easily <br />removed from hands and tools with Bostikm Hand & <br />Tool Towels. Excess sealant should be dry -wiped <br />from all surfaces and tools while still uncured. Cured <br />sealant can be removed with a sharp blade.
