The UST Tank and Monitoring Plan information is not correct in CERS. See the correction <br />notes in CERS. Log into CERS, correct the required information, and submit for review by the San <br />Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD). <br />106 & 202. The UST response plan was not found on site. The response plan must be current and <br />approved by the EHD. The operator corrected this violation during the inspection. <br />307. Secondary containment testing done today found a failure at the 91 octane turbine sump. All <br />secondary containment for the UST system must be tight. Immediately have a properly licensed, <br />trained, and certified contractor repair or replace the failed component under permit and inspection of <br />the EHD. <br />Note <br />1. Complete the following by January 15, 2014 and send to the San Joaquin County Environmental <br />Health Department: <br />a. The Return to Compliance Certification form. <br />b. A statement explaining how each violation was corrected. <br />c. Supporting documentation. <br />ALL EHD STAFF TIME ASSOCIATED WITH FAILING TO COMPLY BY THE ABOVE NOTED DATES WILL BE BILLED AT THE CURRENT HOURLY RATE. <br />THIS FACILITY IS SUBJECT TO REINSPECTION AT ANY TIME AT EHD'S CURRENT HOURLY RATE. <br />Inspector.
