A site plan must be submitted identifying the locations <br /> where monitoring will be performed. Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br /> http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/and upload a copy of the UST Monitoring Site Plan. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 204 CCR 2712(i) Current monitoring plan approved by the EHD not found on site. <br /> An approved copy of the monitoring plans were not available for inspection. A copy of these plans shall be <br /> accessible on site at all times. Immediately locate and retain a copy on site. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 209 CCR 2715(f) Designated operator employee training not performed or log not kept. <br /> The designated operator employee training for all employees did not include the employee hiring date. The <br /> designated operator shall train facility employees for which he or she is responsible in the proper operation and <br /> maintenance of the UST system once every 12 months. The training shall include, but is not limited to: <br /> 1. Operation of the UST system in a manner consistent with the facility's best management practices <br /> 2. Employee's role with regard to monitoring equipment as specified in the facility's monitoring plan <br /> 3. Employee's role with regard to spills and overfills as specified in the facility's response plan <br /> 4. Name of the contact person(s) for emergencies and monitoring equipment alarms <br /> Ensure that employees have been trained by the designated operator, maintain the list on site, and submit a copy of <br /> the training records to the EHD. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 314 CCR 2631(a) Primary containment not tight (pre-Jul 2003). <br /> Under dispenser containment(UDC)for dispensers, 3/4 and 7/8, contained moisture possibly mixed with product, <br /> indicating a leak in the primary piping. All primary containment for the UST system must be tight. Immediately have <br /> a properly licensed, trained, and certified contractor repair or replace the failed component under permit and <br /> inspection of the EHD. A permit will be requires if an UST component is replaced below the sheer valve. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 319 HSC 25291(e)Water in secondary containment not removed, analyzed, and properly disposed of(pre-Jul 2003). <br /> Approximately two tablespoons of liquid was observed in the 87 STP sump. If water could enter into the secondary <br /> containment by precipitation or infiltration, it must be removed and disposed of properly. The service technician <br /> removed the small amount of liquid from the regular grade STP sump.
