Security (excluding oil production facilities) §112.7(g): <br />Table G-6 Implementation and Description of Sec Clv ru.. <br />Security measures are implemented at this facility to prevent unauthorized accesiilz9�b essing, <br />and storage area. <br />The following is a description of how you secure and control access to the oil handling, processing and storage areas; <br />secure master flow and drain valves; prevent unauthorized access to starter controls on oil pumps; secure out -of - <br />service and loading/unloading connections of oil pipelines; address the appropriateness of security lighting to both <br />prevent acts of vandalism and assist in the discovery of oil discharges: <br />All tanks and containers are located within the facility yard. Stockton Tri Industries is <br />surrounded by iron fencing and the gates are kept closed and locked after regularly <br />scheduled hours (8:00 am to 4:30 pm). Stored containers and Tank 3 are readily visible by <br />facility personnel from the maintenance shop or the machine shop. Tanks 1 and 2 are <br />readily visible by facility personnel from the manufacturing building, southwest yard, and <br />administrative trailers. The whole facility yard has general lighting that turns on after dark. <br />Tanks 1 and 2 fuel dispensers, restocking ports and interstitial space inspection ports are <br />locked and only authorized personnel are allowed to unlock the secured sections of the fuel <br />tanks. <br />5. Emergency Procedures and Notifications (§112.7(a)(3)(iv) and 112.7(a)(5)): <br />Table G-7 Description of Emergency Procedures and Notifications <br />The following is a description of the immediate actions to be taken by facility personnel in the event of a discharge to <br />navigable waters or adjoining shorelines (§112.7(a)(3)(iv) and 112.7(a)(5)]: <br />Response required by facility personnel to any spill is to do the following: <br />1. When possible control the source of the spill by up -righting a knocked over container, closing a valve, <br />inserting a temporary plug, or position the rupture to allow discharge to flow into secondary <br />containment. <br />2. The spilled oil will be isolated from traffic by placing barricades to keep trucks and vehicles from <br />driving through it. <br />3. Absorbent, booms, pads, and dirt can be used to contain the spill to a smaller area. <br />4. The spilled oil will be recovered and the area cleaned up. <br />5. Notify management of the incident. <br />For large spills: <br />1. Call 911 for local emergency responders. <br />2. Call the following emergency spill cleanup contractors: <br />a. Ramos Environmental Services (800) 456-7745 (Emergency 24 hour line) <br />3. Notify management. <br />Assist with cleanup however possible. <br />Facility Name: Stockton Tri Industries, Inc.
