The following Minor Violation - Notice to <br /> Comply was observed: #101 <br /> 101. This facility does not have a valid EPA ID number to manage hazardous waste. A hazardous waste <br /> generator shall not treat, store, dispose of, transport or offer for transportation, hazardous waste without <br /> an EPA ID number. Immediately obtain an EPA ID number to manage hazardous waste and submit <br /> evidence to the EHD by 01/7/2012. An application form has been provided. <br /> NOTES <br /> This facility generated approximately 1250 pounds of hazard waste in 2010. This facility generates <br /> solvent waste from sample staining and also from occasional spill. <br /> A copy of San Joaquin County Small Business Hazardous Waste Disposal Program pamphlet and <br /> hazardous waste labels have been provided to generator during this inspection. <br /> Submit the following to EHD by: 01/7/2012 <br /> 1) A completed copy of the (provided) Return to Compliance Certification <br /> 2) A written statement how each violation was corrected <br /> 3) Evidence (i.e. photos, disposal receipts, documents) in support of the corrections made. <br /> ALL EHD STAFF TIME ASSOCIATED WITH FAILING TO COMPLY BY THE ABOVE NOTED DATES WILL BE BILLED AT THE CURRENT HOURLY RATE. <br /> THIS FACILITY IS SUBJECT TO REINSPECTION AT ANY TIME AT EHD'S CURRENT HOURLY RATE <br /> Inspect Receive ey.
