CONDITIONS <br /> SA-85-19 <br /> C. DE GROOT & SONS <br /> 1. Public Works Department : <br /> A. That an Improvement Plan, showing drainage, driveway <br /> access details, on-site parking, and grading be submitted <br /> to the Department of Public Works for approval. <br /> Frontage improvements including curb, gutter, sidewalk <br /> and pavement widening are required in conformance with <br /> the arterial roadway standard. In lieu of constructing <br /> the improvements at this time, a secured deferred <br /> improvement agreement would be acceptable. <br /> 2. Local Health District : <br /> A. Refuse, garbage and other solid waste material must be <br /> stored, removed and transported to an approved landfill <br /> site in accordance with San Joaquin County Ordinance #877 <br /> and #1481 and Title 2.3 and 7.8 California Government <br /> Code and Title 14 California Administrative Code. <br /> B. Application must be made to the San Joaquin County Air <br /> . Pollution Control District for the necessary permits <br /> to obtain an Authority to Construct. <br /> C. Obtain discharge requirements from the Regional Water <br /> Quality Control Board, Central Valley Region. <br />
