Airport Way, Stockton Pro ram: HW <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> CLASS I CLASS II,or MINOR-Notice to Com <br /> Notice to Comply - Minor violations: (107, 108) <br /> 107. No waste analysis was available for the parts washer waste. This waste is being hauled as non- <br /> hazardous waste. A generator shall keep a record of any test results, waste analyses, or other <br /> determinations made in accordance with hazardous waste regulations for at least three years from the <br /> date that the waste was last sent to on-site or off-site treatment, storage, or disposal. Immediately <br /> locate a copy of the waste analysis conducted for the parts washer waste and submit a copy to the EHD <br /> by December 29, 2012. <br /> 108. Metal fines generated from grinding and cutting are being recycled as scrap metal without first <br /> determining particle size or hazardous properties. Any person who generates a waste shall determine if <br /> the waste is a hazardous waste. Immediately stop recycling metal fines, make a hazardous waste <br /> determination for the grinding and cutting waste, and manage it according the Title 22 hazardous waste <br /> regulations. Particles 100 microns or smaller must be handled as hazardous waste if the metal is <br /> determined to be a hazardous waste.
