Pursuant to that conversation, I am enclosing herewith laboratory <br /> analytical results concerning wastewater generated as a result of the cleaning of a portion of <br /> the storm sewer pipe at the Earthgrains facility. <br /> We believe these results indicate that the wastewater may safely and lawfully be <br /> transported for disposal as nonhazardous waste/material.
