I will attempt to have Item 4 corrected by <br />May 3, 2403, however if that's not the case, I will contact you requesting an extension. <br />As a follow-up to our Response to the Notice to Comply for the Hazardous Waste <br />Inspection conducted on February 19, 2403, I am providing additional information <br />regarding Items 15, 16, 19 and 88. Item 15 - After much discussion, we have decided to <br />install a gravity feed eyewash station as a temporary solution until we hard -plumb a line <br />for an eyewash/shower unit in the hazardous waste storage area used for solid waste. <br />Item 16 - We have placed a lockout device on the valve to the eyewash/shower unit in the <br />large alodine area. Item 19 — I have enclosed a copy of the completed manifest from the <br />TSDF for the listed waste.
