Parties. The State Department of Health Services <br />(Department) issues this Corrective Action Order and Complaint <br />for Penalty (Order and Complaint) to BP Chemicals Inc., an Ohio <br />corporation formerly known as Parsons of California (Respondent). <br />1.2. Site. Respondent generates, handles, treats, stores, <br />and/or disposes of hazardous waste at the following site: <br />3437 South Airport Way, Stockton, California (Site). (Map <br />attached as Exhibit 1.) <br />1.3. Generator.
