Code of Regs., Section <br />67241 in that BP failed to manage hazardous wastes <br />in containers in good condition. <br />When the DHS inspector inspected BP, she observed <br />that many of the hazardous wastes in the storage <br />area were stored in drums and containers which were <br />visibly rusted and in poor condition. <br />6. Title 22, Cal. Code of Regs., Section 67247(c): <br />BP violated Title 22, Cal. Code of Regs., Section <br />67247 (c) in that BP failed to separate incompatible <br />wastes from each other by means of a dike, berm or <br />wall. <br />During the DHS inspection of BP, the inspector <br />observed caustics and acids (sulfuric, phosphoric <br />and nitric) in the same common storage area. She <br />observed that the storage yard lacked any dike, berm <br />or wall designed to prevent mixture of these wastes. <br />The Department will conduct a re -inspection of Parsons of <br />California, Stockton in the future to verify compliance. <br />The issuance of this Report of Violations does not preclude <br />the Department from taking administrative, civil, or criminal <br />action as a result of the violations noted herein. <br />If you have any questions regarding this Report, please <br />contact Ms. Jennifer A.
