During the course of this investigation, information was gathered in accordance with Section 3007(a) of the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act ("RCRA"), as amended {42 U.S.C. §6927}. Pursuant to Section 3008 of RCRA {42 U.S.C. § 6928), the EPA required you to correct the identified areas of noncompliance and to submit documentation of their correction to the EPA within 30 days from the date of your receipt of the "Notice of Violation" sent by the EPA on September 11, 2006. Applied Aerospace Structures Corp.'s submittal, dated October 17, 2006, adequately addresses the violations which were noted during the inspection, and documents Applied Aerospace Structures Corp.'s return to compliance with the regulations cited in the inspection report.
