(AASC) <br />3437 S Airport Way, Stockton, CA, 45206 <br />Applied Aerospace Structures Corp. is a unique facility that produces high quality very <br />precise structures for different companies. During the process of manufacturing different <br />waste streams are produced. Etching, painting, and grinding metal are some of the <br />processes. According to the DTSC tracking system, AASC generated approximately 60 <br />tons of hazardous waste. Lon K. Kitagawa is the Environmental Coordinator that <br />oversees the waste disposal and the record keeping. <br />Muniappa Naidu and Kasey Foley obtained permission to perform the routine hazardous <br />waste inspection and to sample and photograph if necessary. <br />SUMMARY OF VIOLATION <br />CCR = California Code of Regulations, Title 22 <br />HSC = California Health and Safety Code, Division 20 <br />Class IT Violations <br />Violation # 12) Facility not maintained to minimize the release of a hazardous waste. <br />
