Other requirements may also apply, These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> ✓ A. The Environmental Health Department requires a soil suitability study indicating that the <br /> area is suitable for septic tank usage. This must be performed prior to recordation of Parcel <br /> Map(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)). A review fee of <br /> $186.00 must be paid at time of submittal to the Environmental Health Department. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage'standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel. 'A'permit fee of$93.00 per percolation hole is reqtfired. <br /> The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical Dibromochloropropane <br /> Gam (DBCP)'and nitrates prior to recordation of the Parcel Map. Samples are to be taken and <br /> analyzed by a State-approved laboratory (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- <br /> 1115.7). <br /> C. Construction of individual domestic water well under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development(San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title,Section 9=1115.3): <br /> NOTE: The Environmental Health Department cannot support the use of the existing <br /> agricultural well for domestic purposes. <br /> D. Construction of individual sewage-disposal-systein(s) under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based on the Soil <br /> Suitability findings (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> roMH:cf 1 <br />
