No storm drains or waterways were impacted by the release."According to the report <br /> "XPO Logistics personnel containerized the six 5-gallon impacted pails and spent absorbent into two 55- <br /> gallon metal drums and staged the waste in the terminals waste area for proper disposal." <br /> Reviewed my dailies for 9/7/18 and found that per Garrett Backus, REHS, a complaint number was not <br /> generated, but a note was made in EC under the PR number for the facility for the waste disposal <br /> records to be reviewed at the next routine inspection. <br /> I filed the ERTS report into the facility file, along with a copy of my dailies pertaining to this spill <br /> response. <br />
