Item 104—No modified contingency plan—A copy of the emergency coordinator and modified contingency <br /> plan has been posted. Please see the enclosed picture of the posting. <br /> Item 110 — Failed to keep signed copy of manifests from the designated facility for three years. —Please <br /> see the enclosed copies of the requested manifests. All manifests are maintained in our online <br /> environmental software program and are available to the facility. All waste is tracked by a 6-digit <br /> container 1D number, generated by the environmental software program. <br /> • Naclo Tower Bram 920—line 1 on manifest dated 8/18/2016 <br /> • Spill from April 18, 2017—line 1 on manifest dated 9/11/2017 <br /> • Spill from August 14, 2017—line 8 on manifest dated 9/11/2017 <br /> • Spill from August 17, 2017—line 9, 10, 11, 12 and 13 on manifest dated 9/11/2017 <br /> • Spill from September 14, 2017—line 3 on manifest dated 10/02/2017 <br /> • Spill from September 19, 2017—line 2 on initial manifest dated 1/9/2018 <br /> • Spill from October 2, 2017—line 3 on initial manifest dated 1/9/2018 <br /> Item 301— Facility not maintained to minimize the release of a hazardous waste. - A repair vendor fixed <br /> the leaking equipment at the fuel island. Additionally,a second vendor power washed the concrete around <br /> the dispenser. Please seethe receipt from the repair of the leaking equipment as well as pictures of the <br /> cleaned area around the dispenser and containerized waste from the clean-up. <br /> Item 601 —Stored hazardous waste onsite greater than 180 days. The waste label was improperly filled <br /> out. The date deemed waste was 10/2/2017. Therefore, the waste has not been onsite for greater than <br /> 180 days. Please see the picture which documents the corrected waste label on the drum. <br /> Item 605 — Failed to completely label containers or portable tanks of hazardous waste. —Please see the <br /> response to Item 601. <br /> Item 712 — Failed to label universal waste to identify type of universal waste. - The universal waste is <br /> properly labeled. Please see the picture which documents the labeled universal waste. <br /> Item 713 —Stored UW onsite greater than one year or was unable to demonstrate the time UW has <br /> been stored. —Please see the response to Item 712. <br /> Aboveground Petroleum Storage Act Inspection Report Response <br /> Item 102— Failed to prepare a written SPCC Plan in accordance with CFR Part 1 12—ASPCCPIan is <br /> currently being prepared by a PE in accordance with CFR Part 112.
