Weber Ave. Third Floor ENVIpr°NMENTAL HEALTH
Stockton, Ca. 95202 PERMIT / SERVICES
Attn.: Allison Youngblood
Environmental Health Specialist
Dear Mrs. Youngblood,
I hope you have already received a copy of our" Contingency Plan " and our update on our
compliance of noted items numbers 11, 19, 20, 21 and 43. We have posted a" Contingency Plan
Outline " and in regards to item number 76, we are currently working with the California
Regional Water Quality Control Board on an SPCC Plan. We are hoping to have it completed
soon.
In regards to item number 12 we continue to have difficulty bringing in a contractor for
equipment repairs. We were scheduled for an early January repair but again, we have been
pushed back due to their hectic work load. I have enclosed a letter issued to me by Penrod
Sheetmetal Machinery Repair to confirm this information. I also have enclosed pictures showing
our efforts in repairing our shop machinery. Currently, while we are awaiting repairs, we are
continuously cleaning our machines to help prevent further releases of oil. I hope this
information is satisfactory and if you have any questions please call me and we can discuss any
changes, alternatives or ideas that you may have for me. I really appreciate your understanding
and patience with us.
I thank you for your time and I hope we will be in contact soon.
Vinnrel
e Ca ra
Safety Coordinator
5151 E.
