Weber Ave. Third Floor
Stockton, Ca. 95202
Attn.: Mathew Parker
Environmental Health Specialist
Dear Mr. Parker,
I am writing you this letter to inform you of our progress of action in correcting the items you
brought to our attention on the 10/20/99 walk through. Item eleven concerning EPA ID # is
completed. All hazardous waste materials have been labeled correctly and noticeably. Item
twelve concerning leaking tools and tanks are in the progress of completion. All leaking tanks
have been removed and we have scheduled Penrod Sheetmetal Machinery Repair to come into
our shop and repair all machinery that leaks. Unfortunately, we cannot get him in our facility
until the first week of January due to his hectic schedule. Item forty-three concerning a
Contingency Plan is also in the process of completion. I expect to have it completed in the first
week of December. Item seventy-six concerning a SPCC is also in the process of completion.
I know that our deadline date was November 20, 1999 but , due to an extended Thanksgiving
holiday and also a hectic schedule I have not completed all requirements by that time. Currently
we are about 90% into this and we were hoping for a bit more time. If there is a possibility we
can receive a one month extension to December 20, 1999 we would greatly appreciate it. If this
request is not possible, I completely understand and I will try to get everything completed as
soon as I can.
I thank you for your time and I hope we will touch bases soon to work this all out.
i e y, /
im a ambra
Safety Coordinator
5151 E.Almondwood Drive • Manteca, CA 95337 - (2"239-5664
