This facility does not have a valid EPA ID number for the new site address to manage hazardous <br /> waste. Currently facility uses old EPA ID number CAL000340680 from former location at 24576 S. <br /> MacArthur Drive. Facility begin operation at new site around February 2011. A hazardous waste <br /> generator shall not treat, store, dispose of, transport or offer for transportation, hazardous waste without <br /> an EPA ID number. Immediately obtain a new EPA ID number for the new site address to manage <br /> hazardous waste and submit evidence to the EHD. A form has been provided. <br /> Submit to SJC EHD within 30 days (10/26/11): <br /> 1. one copy of the complete "Return to Compliance Certification" form <br /> 2. a copy of the EPA ID application for a new EPA ID at a new site location <br /> Notes: <br /> - Facility does not perform antifreeze maintenance/ generate waste antifreeze. European vehicles (BMW, <br /> Mercedes) typically changes antifreeze every 15 years. <br /> - No brake grindings/ shavings equipment.
