Tracy Chevrolet return to compliance for December 5, 2017 inspection <br /> (Large Quantity Hazardous Waste Generator Inspection Report) <br /> #102 Failed to determine if a waste is a hazardous waste: <br /> • Tracy Chevrolet has contacted World Oil @ 800-727-2879 to setup a sample collection from our <br /> clarifier to determine if hazardous waste. The collection will take place Friday,January 5th by <br /> our World Oil Representative, Steve Gately. Once the results of the analysis are obtained, our <br /> clarifier will be pumped out and the contents will be disposed of accordingly. A sample was <br /> taken and analyzed, safe to be pumped. We have since had the clarifier pumped out. <br /> #108 Contingency Plan is incomplete: <br /> • Tracy Chevrolet's Contingency Plan is in the process of being updated to include all of the the <br /> missing information as noted on the inspection sheet. A copy of the updated Contingency Plan <br /> is attached. A copy of the update Contingency Plan will be forwarded once complete. <br /> #113 Failed to send generator manifest copies to DTSC within 30 days: <br /> • Tracy Chevrolet has mailed copies of the six manifests to the DTSC. This task has been <br /> reassigned to the Service Manager for all future manifests. <br /> #114 Failed to keep signed copy of manifests from the designated facility for three years: <br /> • Service Manager, Parts Manager and Accounts Payable Clerk have devised a system to ensure <br /> the Service Manager receives copies of all manifests. The manifests are stored in the Yellow KPA <br /> file box in the Service Manager's office. <br /> #118 Failed to maintain complete training personnel training records: <br /> • All training records are now housed in once central location,the Yellow KPA file box in the <br /> Service Manager's office. <br /> #403 Failed to keep hazardous waste containers closed except when adding or removing hazardous <br /> waste: <br /> • All hazardous waste containers are closed;This is now also a recurring topic in every shop <br /> meeting. The Service Manager walks the shop daily to ensure all hazardous waste containers <br /> remain closed. <br /> #502 failed to comply with new hazardous waste tank system assessment requirements: <br /> T <br /> .
