The LC50 of this sample was >750 mg/L, which
is greater than the 500 mg/L Title 22 "Hazardous Waste" threshold, and therefore, the sample
should not be considered a hazardous waste with respect to fish toxicity.
If you have any questions regarding this test or the report, feel free to contact my colleague
Kristin Worrell or myself at (707) 207-7760.
Sincerely,
R.
[ Oyy [Ng 1.0y11gndby Scott Oqe^1)
✓\ l ` Oft'—ft Si tt V9k, PhD o. —CEO
' d Sped' P"'u c'
a w.
Ogle, Ph.D.
h e `lJ rrcwiMxanogkep6clNlKa+skcam,
cVS
• Date: ]1110 11 11 1611',11 -0fV9'
R.
