The LC50 of this sample was >750 mg/L, which is
greater than the Title 22 "Hazardous Waste" classification threshold of 500 mg/L, and therefore,
the sample should not be considered a hazardous waste with respect to fish toxicity.
If you have any questions regarding this testing or the report, feel free to call my colleague Dr.
Scott Ogle or myself at (707) 207-7760.
This testing was performed under GeoAnalytical Lab Report # A4D2102.
Sincerely,
Digitally signed by
Michelle Kawaguchi
/"- Date: 2014.05.07
14:16:49 -08'00'
Michelle Kawaguchi
Aquatic Ecotoxicologist
Pacific EcoRisk is accredited in accordance with NELAP (ORELAP ID 4043).
