0
1> PAtII-R ECORISK
Donna Keller
GeoAnalytical Laboratories, Inc.
2300 Maryann Dr.
Turlock, CA 95380
Donna,
0
May 7, 2014
I have enclosed our report "A Title 22 `Hazardous Waste' Toxicity Evaluation of a Waste
Sample" for the sample designated "Liquid -I" that was collected on April 16, 2014, and
delivered to our testing laboratory on April 22.
The results of this toxicity test indicate that the waste sample "Liquid - I" was not acutely toxic to
fathead minnows at the test treatment levels. The LC50 of this sample was >750 mg/L, which is
greater than the Title 22 "Hazardous Waste" classification threshold of 500 mg/L, and therefore,
the sample should not be considered a hazardous waste with respect to fish toxicity.
If you have any questions regarding this testing or the report, feel free to call my colleague Dr.
Scott Ogle or myself at (707) 207-7760.
This testing was performed under GeoAnalytical Lab Report # A4D2102.
Sincerely,
Digitally signed by
Michelle Kawaguchi
/"- Date: 2014.05.07
14:16:49 -08'00'
Michelle Kawaguchi
Aquatic Ecotoxicologist
Pacific EcoRisk is accredited in accordance with NELAP (ORELAP ID 4043). Pacific EcoRisk
rar
certifies that the test results reported herein conform to the most current NELAP requirements for
parameters for which accreditation is required and available. Any exceptions to NELAP
requirements are noted, where applicable, in the body of the report. This report shall not be
reproduced, except in full, without the written consent of Pacific EcoRisk. This testing was
performed under Lab Order 22424.
1113
