In 2008 and 2009 we <br /> did not hire any vendor to perform any kind of maintenance works included oil change <br /> and disposal with the same reason—very low running time. <br /> This letter is to confirm that we did not dispose any motor oil for our Emergency Engines <br /> in 2007,2008 and 2009.
