You would need to follow the regulations for making a <br /> hazardous waste determination: Title 22, CA Code of Regulations, section 66262.11. Each <br /> hazardous characteristic(Corrosivity, Toxicity, Ignitability and Reactivity)are discussed under sections 66261.20, <br /> .21, .22, .23, and .24.
