Make a hazardous waste determination per this section. <br /> Corrections for Violation# 19: CCR, Section 25201 (a) - Stored hazardous waste on site <br /> longer than 90 days without a permit or authorization: A container of used oil was noted in the <br /> south storage room on the west side of the building. Provide a copy of the disposal receipt. <br /> Corrections for Violation#89: CCR, Section 66261.7(f) - An empty HW or Haz Mat <br /> container(larger than 5 gallons)was not marked with the date it was emptied/not managed <br /> within one year of being emptied. <br /> Ray. <br /> With the violations aforesaid,we are in compliance to correct by submitting the following <br /> attachments: <br /> I. Four pictures as part of the prool'of process of cleaning,removal of hazardous waste <br /> and clearing;all empty containers <br /> 7. A picture of one empty container marked"Empty"and when it was emptied. <br /> 8.
