The following are Class II (Repeat): 122 & <br /> 125,301,407, and 610 <br /> 122 & 125. Copies of hazardous waste disposal records for February and December of 2011 were not <br /> found on site. Hazardous waste generators shall retain copies of all manifests signed off by the disposal <br /> facility and all receipts used in a consolidated manifesting procedure on site for three years and have <br /> them readily available for review. Immediately locate a copy of all manifests and receipts for the last <br /> three years, maintain them on site, and submit copies to the EHD by May 31,2012. <br /> 301. Observed absorbents and oily stains on the floor of the shop, and absorbent and rain water puddles <br /> with oily sheen next to engine parts outside the shop in the open on April 25, 2012. Facilities shall be <br /> maintained and operated to minimize the possibility of a fire, explosion, or release of hazardous waste to <br /> air, soil, or surface water which could threaten human health or the environment. Immediately clean up <br /> and manage the above waste according to Title 22 hazardous waste regulations. Facility has picked up <br /> the absorbents and placed into container for further use, and scrubbed the floor and ground ouside with <br /> Zep Flash Concrete Floor Cleaner by April 30, 2012. Violation had been corrected on site. <br /> 407. About 60-70 55-gallon empty drums had no label. Containers larger than five gallons that previously <br /> held a hazardous material shall be marked with the date they were emptied and managed within one <br /> year of being emptied. Only two remained on site by April 30, 2012 but owner had no disposal receipt. <br /> Immediately manage all empty containers per this section and submit copy of receipt to EHD by May 31 <br /> ALL EHD STAFF TIME ASSOCIATED WITH FAILING TO COMPLY BY THE ABOVE NOTED DATES WILL BE BILLED AT THE CURRENT HOURLY RATE. <br /> THIS FACILITY IS SUBJECT TO REINSPECTION AT AN TIME AT EHD'S CURRENT HOURLY RATE <br /> Ina a«a as ey: Tltla: <br /> EHD 22- a /01/ii Page 4 HW INSPECTION REPORT <br />
