I believe it was leftover from some signs we were making for the yard.
I will call Pape and have them send us over that information ASAP.
The confined space was listed as such during my safety directors inspection shortly after we moved her in December
2013.
1 have attached his Confined space survey to this email.
The manhole cover is a cover for a culvert access. If you lifted the lid you would see that the manhole goes way down
to the culvert below about 10ft down.
Our policy is absolutely no access allowed by any of our employees. Access will only be granted to contractors who are
qualified to do so. Not sure what that culvert was used for or how it ties into our local drainage system. The former
owners of this property was the Heinz ketchup company and not sure what they had set up with that culvert down
there.
I will review the rest of the inspection this week and certainly get back to you on the rest of the violations.
Thanks.
From: John Alaniz [EH] [mailto:jalanizl@sjcehd.com]
Sent: Wednesday, September 26, 2018 3:44 PM
To: Copenhaver, John <John.Copenhaver@weyerhaeuser.com>
Cc: Thao, Jeffrey <Jeffrey.Thao@weyerhaeuser.com>
Subject: hazardous waste inspection
Hi John,
My name is John Alaniz from the San Joaquin County Environmental Health department. The report does not
mention Pape, but they are supposed to be leaving documents showing how much waste is generated when they are on
site doing maintenance. In addition, there was a container of a dried cement material. I have attached a photo of
it. Jeff said that it was a cement material that had solidified. I just want to confirm with you the contents of the
