Snavely, R.S.
Dear Bill ,
This morning I returned a telephone call to Dan Randolph of the San
Joaquin District Attorney's Office, who advised me he had received
his copy of my letter to you dated 10/26/87.
He advised that communications with the California D.O.H.S. had
assured him that the issue of chemical contamination at our Stockton
Factory had indeed been thoroughly investigated by the D.O.H.S. He
said he was completely satisfied with the D.O.H.S. action and deter-
minations.
Under these circumstances he informed me there would be no further
investigation into this issue, and that our company could feel free
to effect the necessary repairs to our property, and it is our intent
to do so in the very near future.
Yours truly, .
J. 0.
